Booking Policy
1. The total price displayed on the Website includes all applicable government taxes.
2. Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and may change without prior notice.
3. Entrepreneurs Forum reserves the right to cancel a booking if there is any miscalculation in the amount due to server error or an increase in airline prices during booking. The customer must pay the difference after being notified to avoid cancellation.
4. Full payment is required prior to the confirmation of your booking.
5. For infant tickets (below 2 years), valid proof-of-age documents must be provided, and the infant must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
6. Children aged 2–12 years must have separate tickets booked under "child" fare, with valid proof-of-age documents, and must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
7. Most airlines do not allow infants younger than 7 days to travel. Please confirm directly with the airline.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Fees: Fees are charged for cancelling bookings, which may vary depending on the timing and type of booking.
2. Online Cancellation: You may cancel bookings by contacting Entrepreneurs Forum via our Website or customer support. A service charge of Rs. 300 per person will be applied by Entrepreneurs Forum in addition to the airline's cancellation charges.
3. Offline Cancellation: You can also cancel by calling our customer care team. The same Rs. 300 per person service charge applies, apart from the airline's cancellation charges.
4. If the cancellation request is made within 18 hours before departure, you must contact the airline directly.
5. If the cancellation request is made 30 days or more prior to departure, please contact our customer care via phone only. Requests through any other medium will not be entertained.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds will be processed only after Entrepreneurs Forum receives the refund amount from the concerned airline or service provider.
2. If you cancel directly with the airline, you must inform Entrepreneurs Forum with valid documentation within 48 hours to initiate the refund process.
3. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used at the time of booking (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
Refund timelines:
Credit Card: Up to 72 hours
Net Banking/UPI/Debit Card: 5–7 working days (depending on the bank's process)
5. Partial refunds are applicable only for unused services or itinerary changes, subject to airline rules.
6. Meals and ancillary services are non-refundable as per airline terms.
7. Non-refundable bookings: If the fare rules specify that a booking is non-refundable, no refund will be provided.
Refunds in Case of Airline Insolvency
Entrepreneurs Forum is not liable to pay refunds if an airline ceases operations, becomes insolvent, or declares bankruptcy. Refunds in such cases are subject solely to the airline's refund policy (if any).
Visa Guidelines
1. Travel bookings are subject to visa requirements of the destination country. It is the traveller's sole responsibility to obtain valid visas.
2. Please check directly with the concerned airline and embassy for visa requirements before travel.
3. Entrepreneurs Forum is not liable to provide refunds for bookings that could not be utilized due to visa rejections, delays, or incomplete documentation.
